Elizabeth Cotter

Attorney Cotter, “Liz” got her start as a realtor in CT. She was hooked - not just the homes themselves (yes, admitted HGTV addict), but the people, negotiating and closing of a deal. Next stop - law school. Don’t let the litigators fool you - real estate law is fun and interesting to practice. In addition to her daily practice, Liz is a frequent speaker at various professional organization meetings and instructs at Continuing Education courses for Realtors around the state of Massachusetts. Considered a "short sale expert", Liz is also asked to co-host local radio shows frequently and comment on the ever evolving world of real estate.  Liz has served on various boards in town and elsewhere, most recently as a Director-At-Large for the Real Estate Bar Association of MA (REBA) and on the Sandwich Town Planning Board. She lives with her husband, three children, and two bulldogs in Sandwich….crazy dog lady for sure.

In 2016, Liz was named one of the 40 Under 40 by Cape & Plymouth Business Magazine.  This is a prestigious accolade awarded to those who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership characteristics.  Read the official announcement here. In 2017, Liz was promoted to Managing Partner and worked tirelessly at her previous firm before venturing on her own.
